Stefan Klaeser started his career in 1992 in the banking-IT business and after two years joined a startup-issuing-processor. Within the organization department, he was responsible for a number of projects. From 1999 until 2004, he led the dispute and fraud management team. Before founding PAYMINT in early 2009, he was responsible for product management of fraud, dispute and case management systems at the market leader of payment systems worldwide from 2005 - 2008.

At PAYMINT AG, Stefan Klaeser is the CEO of the management board.

Rainier Brueren has been involved in the payments industry since 1990. After founding a successful smart card management company and running it as CEO, he joined the market leader in payment systems. There he was initially responsible for the back office products and later on for the complete set of retail payment products. His understanding of the industry and its players is a huge asset for his role as chairman of the supervisory board of PAYMINT AG.
